GENERAL INFORMATION

TRISARTS: WHO ARE THEY?
Trisarts (literally in the language "treasure eater") are a species of creatures that live covertly in the human world.

They are huge intelligent dragons that have their own culture. There are many legends about these creatures from the lands of Norway.
Trisarts are unique both externally and physiologically. Their recognizable features are their enormous size and body shape, as well as the presence of a magical stomach in which they store their treasures. Each Trisart has a different idea of treasure. It can be not only gold, but also human shoes, spoons, lamps and other junk. So people hunted them to get what they wanted from the Trisart's stomach (most often specifically for gold), causing the Trisart population to dwindle since the 7th century.
Despite the power of these creatures, they are quite peaceful and always try to hide from human eyes. The Trisarts are indomitable, uncontrollable and never spare those who dare to attempt their lives.
This species belongs to the Celtic Legends setting. Nevertheless, individuals are allowed to be used in their own projects while maintaining the characteristics and basic criteria of the species.
In writing the individual as a character (lore, biography, spelling, and so on), it is forbidden to go beyond the creatures' abilities and give the character magic, superpowers, telepathy, and so on.

THE SETTING AND A BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF IT
No one knows where these creatures came from, but it is said that they came from another world and have been living on Earth for many years, hiding from human eyes. Like humans, Trisarts have their own tribes, culture, exchange knowledge, and learn new things. They also trade with other Trisarts and roam the world.
For the first time Trisarts met people of Norway, after which went the rumor of dragons, which dragged at night children from their homes, devour strangers in the woods and burned the whole village. Of course these are all fairy tales, but in those days people were willing to believe anything. Celtic ornaments depicting Trisart could often be found in that country. After people learned of the existence of these dragons, they began to hunt them for the trophies and riches that the Trisarts kept in their womb.
This is why the beginning of the setting is taken from Norway under the name "Celtic Legends".

SOCIALITY
The Trisarts are social. Usually there are between 5 and 10 individuals living in a clan. A clan always has a hierarchy with a leader-the strongest and wisest male-who controls and protects the order of his clan. The chief may also have a deputy who keeps order during the chief's absence.
When the chief of a clan dies, the chief's status is taken by the one who comes immediately after him in the hierarchy - the deputy or his heirs from his children.
Sometimes the Trisarts may live alone. They are called hermits, and those expelled from the clan are called outcasts.

Trisarts are engaged in farming, hunting, crafts, and more. The Trisarts are mostly predators and get their food through hunting or herding, though sometimes they can make a very tasty and hearty vegetable stew from their beds. Their habitat may be caves, mountains, forests, and other landscapes that are convenient for them and would be difficult for humans to reach.

SEXUAL DIMORPHISM AND COURTSHIP

Females and males have no differences in appearance and behavior. Contrary to how it usually happens in the animal world, they can be easily confused. It is not necessary to pay attention to the presence of bright coloring or to peep out what they have between their legs.
Dragons themselves are egg-laying. From one pair is always born one egg (very rarely - two). The choice of the pair depends on many factors. To attract the attention of the female, the males try hard to impress her and pay her a lot of attention. For example, the male may bring the biggest prey from the hunt or an unusual thing found on people, which can be very dangerous and risky. Sometimes it can be very difficult to find a mate. There were cases when even a human became a partner of Trisart. But that's another story.
