BUYING

1. Trisart can only be obtained through official sales from artists: TayraWhite, InnoSjoa, Paradoxe and Boop. To make sure the person is not a scammer, check with the character number to see if the Trisart really belongs to that person. All official Trsiarts are posted on this site with their number and owner ID.
1.2. Creating a Trisart on your own is not allowed. In order to avoid fraud and violation of the canons of the species.

SALE, TRANSFER OR ANY OTHER CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP OR RENUNCIATION

2. The person who exchanged, gave away, abandoned the character and so on, must provide the new owner with this site and these rules and not hide their existence. It is forbidden to hide the fact that a character belongs to a closed species.
2.2. If you want to refuse, give your dragon to your friend, then notify the author, so that you can make changes to the list of owners.
When giving up an individual, the owner has the right to:
— Specify the character's desired future fate;
— Technically "kill" the character (the specimen will remain a no man's landlord FOREVER. It will be impossible to buy it, give it back, or give it to someone else. It will be conditionally registered to the owner of the species, but it will not be considered his character. Because the individual will be listed as a normal NPC in the lore of our setting (alive, dead, just mentioned);
- forbid the administration to do certain machinations with the character or put clear orders about them: forbid to sell / give away for free / redesign / etc, or vice versa. If you forbid any shenanigans, you're in the sub-item above.

THE RULES FOR OWNING A SPECIMEN

3. It is forbidden to self-create a Trisart on merged linas, on self-created references or by order from other artists.
3.2. AFTER ANY PURCHASE, you are free to transfer the individual to other references only if the final result matches the criteria of the species. Otherwise, the reference will be rejected and will not be entered into the site, but you have every right to continue to use it for personal purposes not related to the work of the community. Clarification in DMs and consultation is RESOLVED and RECOMMENDED.
3.3. If you move to a new page, please notify us so that we can change your ID on the owner list.
3.4. Any redesign is only allowed by agreement with the author of the view.
3.5. Authors has a right to give warning, block, restriction of purchase and sale or confiscate a specimen at their own discretion depending on the gravity of violation.

4. You may use your Trisart:
— In your setting. Most importantly, specify the author of the species (Tayra White). We are not restricting your imagination, but remember that this species has its own binding to the lore.
— NSFW.

— Any orientation and gender of the character.
If you have questions or are unsure about something, ask.

WARNING

If you repeatedly fail to comply with the rules of the species, the author and their co-authors have the right to issue a warning or raise the issue of blocking. Buying a specimen, you confirm that in case of infringement of the established rules you can be: warned, banned, restricted in buying and selling, your specimen and all artworks with it can be withdrawn. We do not have a clear system of "crime and punishment". The author can resort to different solutions when different people violate the same rule, looking at the situation in its entirety and in detail. When acting against the rules, be prepared for any consequences.

Ignorance of the rules does not exempt you from responsibility.
